Jorge Castaņeda, Global Distinguished Professor of Politics and Latin American and Caribbean Studies at New York University, argues if Mexico should be a part of the "North American Community" which is more like the European Union.
He said that if Mexico to be one of the community, it other member should see this southern Country as an economic opportunity and not a place where drugs and immigration controversies happen.
