Changing climate conditions seems to be getting worst as the day goes by. Mexico is the climate change's latest victim as torrential rains poured all over the country taking at least 32 lives.
The southern states of Michoacan and Guanajuato in the central states got the hardest hit. There is already an emergency decree which will give the authorities to use their resources to attend to the victims and aid them with basic food, clothing, and health necessities of the affected areas.
