Kidnapping is one the rise in Mexico. The latest victim is actually an anti-kidnapping consultant based in the United States.
The consultant was abducted last December 10 outside a restaurant in Saltillo, the capital of Mexico's Coahuila state. The former military officer is said to be in Mexico on "personal business."
The FBI has already entered the situation and is investigating it along with Mexican authorities.
