Aside from being a popular dog name, Chihuahua, is a northern Mexican State with a area of 244,938 square meters which also the largest state in Mexico and nicknamed as "El Estado Grande" (The Big State).Barranca del Cobre (Copper Canyon), a canyon system much more larger that the Grand Canyon, is one of the boasting of the state.
