The 2008 celebration for the World Tourism Day focused on finding ways to respond to the global challenge of climate change.
The United Nation World Tourism Organization declared climate change is a priority issue showing consciousness and that tourism is a sector that affects a wide range of activities will be the key to tackle the issue.
Like in Mexico. They support a sustainable tourism as a form of protecting the diversity of nature through the increasing demand for nature tourism.
